I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, providing everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, especially in terms of their ability to speak English and assist with any enquiries. The breakfast was good, offering tasty options to start the day. this hotel had incredible facilities and was very conveniently located close to transportation options.
No negative aspects to mention.

The Christmas decorations were very nice and festive. the breakfast was filling and tasty, with good options for all kinds of diets. the best thing about the hotel was its location, since it was in close proximity to many local attractions and shops. Plus, the gym was clean and well-equipped, making it easy to stick to fitness routine during the holidays.
The rooms I stayed in were very outdated and some of the furniture was stained and worn out. the air conditioning was not heating properly and it was very chilly in the room at night, which made it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast. The gym facilities were also excellent, and perfect for a morning workout before exploring the city. the location was convenient and close to shopping areas.
The hotel had a few negative aspects. The language barrier was a challenge, as very few staff members spoke English.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that satisfied our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of massages and full body treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, equipped with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
Although it was a minor issue, the room service could have been better. We had to call twice to request a couple of extra towels, which arrived after some delay.

The hotel had a decent location for being close to the airport and the gym was a plus. the room was spacious and generally comfortable with a nice bathroom. Service was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to printing documents. the breakfast was decent, too.
The hotel had a noticeable smoking problem throughout, even in non-smoking areas.
